As a Compensation Consultant you will: Collaborate with colleagues to support HR Business Partners in delivering strategic compensation advice and recommendations to business leaders for assigned banking group(s) Provide advanced analytical, peer review, and project management support for compensation reviews, which encompass competitive benchmarking, financial modeling and costing projections Oversee the compensation survey and market review process for assigned banking group(s), ensure integrity of survey submissions and analysis of results, interpret findings and develop presentation materials Build and maintain relationships with peers in other firms and external consulting partners to better understand the competitive market and provide guidance to business partners BMO’s Compensation team offers career opportunities to help you achieve your very best.
