Reporting to the Associate Manager, Compensation, and the Compensation Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Corporate Tier 1 Bonus and Service Award programs. This job is done well with the successful processing of Tier I Bonuses, Tier I Reimbursements, Small Cash Awards, and Service Awards along with the provision of accurate Tier I Annual Allocation and Spending reports to leaders in compliance with all policies and deadlines.Responsibilities:Administration of the Tier I Bonus Program:Prepare and provide Tier I Bonus Allocation Reports and Spending Reports to applicable Leaders.Review Tier I Bonus Election Forms submitted by leaders for accuracy and compliance to Tier I Program Policy and create and provide Tier I Bonus Employee Election Form to Leader for presentation to the employee. Track Tier I Bonus payments for reconciliation and spending reportsNon-cash reimbursements:Process reimbursements for non-cash recognition by reviewing reimbursement submissions by leaders for accuracy and compliance to the Tier I Program Policy and entering reimbursement into Prolific system for approval and payment.Small Cash Awards:Process small cash awards for payment and notify leaders of payment date.Administration of Corporate Service Award Program:Tracking and management of the Corporate Service Award Program to identify and provide assistance to the leaders of eligible employees with the selection and delivery of their service award.Administration of Corporate Sr. Leadership Perquisites Program:Responsible for a number of HR programs, including, but not limited to:Management Perquisite program for HO/GRD/London Life, Canada Life and GWL executive teamPrivate Healthcare Services Plan programManagement car lease programAdministration:Provide reports and statistics on Tier I Program and Corporate Service Award ProgramHRIS Database Update for new hires to gain required system accessManage registration for corporate vehiclesReview of items provided by Accounts Payable for determination of Tier I eligibilityTrack gift certificates expensed through Tier I and report to Payroll for taxation.
