Job Description
Position Summary
The Communications & Change Management Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of the Change, Learning and Communication practices within the Global Information Services group. The individual will facilitate business readiness planning with the business to drive and sustain changes and develop communication and training materials to meet the business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Create communication plans and develop communications content for the Global Information Services group, working with global communications on large impact projects.
Drive change management activities within the standard project management process/business readiness:
Identify changes and build actionable Business Readiness Plans (BRP) with the business to mitigate change impacts to employees and business practices
Facilitate Business Readiness workshops to develop the BRP with management groups
Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance and build into the BRP
Provide guidance and support to the local Change Management/Business Readiness lead.
Provide coaching to leaders to manage change impacts
Support the learning strategy for Global Information Services:
Identify new learning requirements and create learning materials; E learning courses, briefing documents, instructor training
Maintain housing of learning materials
Remain current on training delivery techniques
Manage the global Super User (SU) network:
Facilitate global network calls with regional SU leads
Create action plans based on feedback from calls
Manage the communications strategy for the network
Establish the program with SAP Super Users and expand the model across the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (business preferred)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or human resources, including being a part of a significant transformational change in an organization
Experience working with multiple countries, global experience preferred
Project management experience, including the ability to deal with ambiguity and coach others
Corporate communications experience is desirable
Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar products is desirable
Prosci Change Management certification considered an asset
