Provides recommendations based on assessment and treatment modalities regarding oral and/or enteral nutrition support regime. Collaborates with members of the health care team and participates in practice-based research projects.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience Current full registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia (CDBC). Graduate of Dietitians of Canada accredited Dietetic Internship Program or equivalent education, training and experience as approved by the College of Dietitians of BC.Restricted Activities A & C arerequired.(A)design, compound or dispense therapeutic diets where nutrition is administered through enteral means(C)administer a substance to a person by instillation through enteral meansKnowledge & AbilitiesKnowledge of clinical dietetic theory and practice within a client and family centred model of care.Knowledge of the standards of practice and guidelines for clinical practitioners established by the College of Dietitians of British Columbia.
