Cardholder Care Customer Service Representatives (Visa Contact Centre)
This is a 6 month contract
24 Hour, 7 Day Call Centre. Availability & flexibility is required
Availability for 5 weeks of full time training is required

As a Cardholder Care Representative
you will leverage your communication skills as you engage across a range of different channels including telephone, email and live chats to resolve and handle member needs. You are committed to delivering personalized advice regarding various credit
card services offered by Vancity. You’ll be navigating multiple computer systems, processes and policies all while having a quality conversation with a member.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Solid ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
Tech-Savvy – technical agility and intermediate skills using a variety of softwares and platforms
Education and Experience:
The competencies for this position would typically be acquired through High School plus some post-secondary coursework.
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Banking or call centre experience would be an asset
Fluency in French , both verbal and written is an asset
