Provides all customer service functions for multiple customers within a territory. This involves working closely with a team to include, outside sales, regional teammates and internal customers.Provide all customer service functions for various customersExtensive daily problem solving with internal and external customersProcess customer orders electronically, via fax or over the phoneProcess customer credits, debits, and deductionsProcess special handling shipment requests, including sample ordersProvide product information to customersApplies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the positionRole Specifics:Full-time: Monday – Friday with flexible hours and some overtime needed to meet customer needsOccasional travel 4-5 nights per year for company, customer, or vendor meetings and trainings.
