The primary purpose of the Busser is to support and help the restaurant servers to maintain the highest possible guest satisfaction.Set-up tables for service, polish glasses and flatware.Serve water, bread and butter to guests as they arrive and condiments with meals.Clear dirty dishes, glasses, dirty linen and re-set tables.Assist servers as requested during service to maintain customer satisfaction.Performs other duties deemed necessary or requested by the servers, host and supervisor/manager on duty.High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous customer service experience is an assetGood health and personal hygiene. Has an interest in learning about food and beverage service. Has a cheerful, positive attitude. Able to work well in a team environment.Good at dealing with stressful situations.May be required to lift up to 30lbs.
