Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Strategy for BMO InvestorLine National Sales Team, the Business Manager, Strategy and Projects is accountable to support, oversee and execute the highest level of professional services and operational support on strategies and processes related to effectively executing our Sales strategy for Digital Investing. This role will have a strong understanding of the National Sales Team (role, market, key partners, and business goals) to support the end to end implementation of short and long term sales strategies that involve tactical and transformational changes. The role will work cross-functionally with Divisional Sales Managers to ensure effective execution of the sales strategy and maximize the value of national relationships at the local level. This role is key to the success to of the salesforce model in partnership with product strategy leads and corporate partners (T&O, Finance, HR, Marketing, Compliance, Risk) Key Accountabilities Build strategy and sales presentations and work with partners to track progress. Accountable to driving sales related projects end-to-end. Support the Director of sales on execution of strategy and sales management. Proactively build network of partnerships and create strong relationships- internally and externally. Establish and enhance Bank’s presence within the market community through participation in national and local trade shows, conferences, etc. Accountable for the co-ordination of risk management processes that are required for the establishment and maintenance of sales strategies- referrals, partners, clients, compensation. Knowledge and experience in financial services industry, brokerage industry, competitive environment, and emerging technologies; Wealth Management and digital investing is a plus Strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
