The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing new office coffee business accounts within a defined territory. Responsibilities Identify potential prospects in the assigned territory (solicitation, networking, cold calls) and contact prospects to develop new business relationships Manage trials – visit and refine solutions to meet needs Prepare and present service offers customized to each situations Followup with established clients to ensure expectations are met Meet with team members on a regular basis, optimize communication with team members Qualifications A minimum one year experience in a similar cold calling sales role College degree Competencies Bilingualism in concerned provinces Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract Strong communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills Proactive and goal oriented individual who enjoys working with people both in person and over the phone and always displays a positive attitude Adaptable to change Strong customer service skills Computer skills (familiar with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) The Business Development Representative is an important part of the sales, service and deliver team and is responsible for ensuring that our customers expectations and needs are fully satisfied.
