Description
Nutaku, the World’s largest adult video gaming platform is actively looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting communications with our developers as well as to manage all aspects of reporting and administration of the account.
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned partners and maintain strong relationships with our International group of game Developers. Reporting to, and collaborating with, the Business Development team, the role is one of administrative and operational support.
What does a Business Developer do at Nutaku?
Business Developers are the first line of communication with new partner queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing partners. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including Business Development and Product Development as well as administrative and financial departments to improve the entire Developer experience with Nutaku. This position may require occasional international travel.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we would like to meet you.
We seek a highly organized individual who can get the “big picture” while still focus on the small details
Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all Developer account management matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.

Prepare and send out monthly reports on account performance as well as financial reports

Collaborate with Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities within territory (Developer research)

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Built comprehensive game submission packages and follow review process diligently

Collaborate with BD team to identify partners and reach out to them with the Nutaku partner proposal

Collaborate on internal initiatives in order to constantly improve our offering and developer relations.

Supervise our internal team of researchers to build strong business cases for Business Development
Requirements:

Work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Coordinator or relevant role in the video game industry.

Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly,

Experience with CRM software as well as being proficient with MS Suite and G-Suite

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Video game industry knowledge

Be able and authorized to travel internationally

Excellent communication skills (Strong English both verbal and written required)
