We serve clients across the globe and take pride in our professionalism and service quality.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The bilingual accountant will be involved in and assist with various accounting and operational activities including those outlined below:Accounting/Operations Processing of cash receiptsProcessing of claims-related fundingProcessing of pre-authorized debits (PADs)Accounts receivable collectionsPreparation of and follow up to collection action reportsAging report for past due and year endProcessing of trade payablesProcessing of claim related paymentsProcessing of supplier (carrier) payablesClient money reconciliationsOther accounting/operations tasks as required.Financial Reporting Recording financial transactions (general ledger/journal entries)Preparation of accounting estimates, accruals, etc.Account reconciliationsMonthly and year-end financial reportingPreparation/reporting of monthly financial/production metricsAnnual budgeting activitiesIn addition to the above, the bilingual accountant will interact with the H.W.
