Responsible for creating and serving beverages to the customer’s specifications, while working in a fast-paced environment. Must have knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Need excellent guest relations and communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Also responsible for check handling and cash control procedures, overall sanitation and physical appearance of bar area as well as the preparation of requisitions for liquor and set-up items. Must be of legal age according to Provincial law.
Must have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time.
Long hours sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
