Job Description
Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Service Availability Rep to join their growing team. We are looking for applicants who have advanced MS Excel skills, positive attitude, and a team player.
 
Contract term: 07/08/2018 to 30/11/2018
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  
Must Haves: 
Extensive Excel- scheduling, tracking completion, pivot tables, formula’s, project tracking tool
Excellent communication
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Understanding of smart phones
Email communication
Updating database
Open to recent grad
Project coordination experience
 
Job Responsibilities: 
Respond to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails
Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
Submit Mobile device orders to vendors
Vet orders for accuracy
Maintain milestones for order completions
Update migration schedules based on communications
Assist in schedule planning
Generate and maintain project reports
