Bakers are responsible for: preparing, producing and baking breads, rolls and breakfast pastries according to hotel standard recipes, in order to contribute to the overall guest satisfaction. Requirements include: working knowledge of baking standards, recipes and food products; a minimum of two years experience in a similar size operation preferred.
Must have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time.
Long hours sometimes required. Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
