Learn more about Lannick and our internal culture by clicking on the link below! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSQaviBr62A&t=8s   Working as a Client Services Associate, you will: Build upon pre-existing MSP client relationships to source and place candidates for opportunities primarily in the financial services sector Manage the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting to hiring managers, negotiating offers and assisting with onboarding Utilize recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in temporary employment on an ongoing basis according to client requirements Manage relationships with MSP clients Source and screen passive candidates, and maintain Lannick’s proprietary database Provide qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from MSP clients Stay up -to-date with Financial Services industry news Have the opportunity to make above average earnings About You   You are a confident, self-motivated, smart, witty, honest, competitive professional who brings a large amount of enthusiasm and energy to the workplace A track record of high performance accompanied by: A minimum of an undergraduate degree 1-3 years of B2B sales or previous recruiting experience; financial services industry experience is preferred but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building Excellent time management and prioritization skills are needed to meet daily and weekly metrics Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building Savvy with social media platforms, has a strong attention to detail and is super organized An energetic, positive and persistent self-starter who thrives on maintaining high levels of phone activity and seeing those efforts rewarded.
