Aon is looking for an Associate BrokerAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Aon Risk Solutions, in Toronto, Ontario.As an Associate Broker, you will report directly to the Team Lead of the group.Your impact as an Associate Broker:Coordinate information with other teams to facilitate renewal processAttend pre-renewal strategy meetings with Broker, as requiredSupport planning and marketing initiatives for the Broker and Account teamCreate draft submissions for all accounts with Aon’s Standard pre-renewal processSubmission Quality to Aon StandardsIn collaboration with the Broker, analyze client specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements In collaboration with the Broker, review quotations and prepare renewal reportsCalculate complex premiums and adjustments and begin invoice processing instructions Policy checksEnsuring Aon systems maintain the most up-to-date Policy Documents and Endorsements Issue Manuscript Renewal EndorsementsIn consultation with the Broker, review and request corrections to policy documents from Insurer and engage Brokers if insurers are not delivering in accordance with Aon service standards.Handle mid-term changes to policies to/from insurers based on changes in the risk as reported by the AE TeamTake ownership of general day-to-day client servicing, with the Broker’s assistance and mentorship.Maintain client files in accordance with Aon Standards Complete Time Tracking in accordance with Aon Standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications and Experience:A minimum of 2 years insurance related experience preferredBasic understanding of insurance terminology and coveragesProficient with Microsoft Office.RIBO designation required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire date.Strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task; good communication skillsWe offer youAcompetitivetotal rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with agrowingworldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
