Play and stay in a luxurious hotel that offers everything you and your family could want.We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist in leading the hotel with the development and implementation of property wide strategies and ensure implementation of brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectationsEnsure the efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager by supervising, supporting and communicating with all Department ManagersEnsure all brand standards are being maintained in each area of the property and encourage safe and efficient hotel operations Physically inspect the property on a daily basis, monitoring cost controls, property condition, cleanliness or product and service throughout the hotelEnsure all team members meet or exceed all brand requirementsHelp oversee the operation of all property departmentsRespond to Guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfactionHelp oversee the financial success of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, yield and revenue management, petty cash, payroll and ordering proceduresUnderstand property and departmental financial goals and targets, and help achieve to the greatest extent possibleApproach all encounters will guests and employee in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented mannerHelp operate the property in the most efficient and effective manner possible, identifying and eliminating non-value added activities wherever possibleBe readily available and approachable for all employeesHelp the General Manager set clear performance expectationsAll other duties as assignedMinimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable position in a high end hotel operationA degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalentExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbove average computer skills, including the ability to learn new software easily.Knowledge of hotel operationsLeadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goalsAble to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate
