The incumbent must apply their specialized and expert knowledge of asset management and Peel’s Corporate Asset Management Strategy in an appropriate manner to accurately assess the state of Peel’s infrastructure and infrastructure requirements to meet service delivery objectives. The Advisor is also responsible to continually assess the relevance of the various tools, processes, methodologies and reporting practices under Peel’s asset management strategy and implement changes as necessary to reflect the changing dynamics of Peel’s environment, services and business practices. The incumbent must carry out their duties in consultation with numerous stakeholders, employing highly advanced communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.To be successful, the incumbent must have strong initiative and communication skills, capable of working independently, adaptable, flexible, tactful and capable of working well with people in challenging situations.
