Responsibilities

:
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. Process invoices into our ERP system

  • Prepare AP reconciliations and a process around this task; reconcile AP Aging to GL

  • Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations relating to the role's area of responsibility, including Bank, Trade Creditors, Prepayments, Overhead Accruals

  • Respond to supplier and business questions

    • Must Haves:

  • 5 years accounts payable experience
  • Knowledge of Netsuite/ Oracle 
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other ticketing software

    • Highly Desired:

  • General accounting experience a plus
