Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team for a 3 month contract. Accounting and Administrative Support Clerk – 3 Month Contract About the Opportunity In this role, you will provide support to the operations group and the inspectors in the regional offices and provide information to customers. You will be responsible for following up on invoicing, overdue accounts and any accounting support needed by inspectors. You will also process time exceptions, expense reports, and procurement card statements. In addition, provide administrative support to the operations group when needed. Administrative: Database maintenance utilizing Excel Standard office spreadsheets, database and word processing to produce regular and ad hoc reports as requested Meeting room coordination and presentation support. Taking minutes as requested Provide customer support and maintain a good working relationship with Inspectors and other internal staff Input data to various databases to produce notifications to inform Inspectors of work required and to produce customer invoices for the work and services provided Accounting: Maintain invoicing and receivables for customers Process time exceptions, expense reports and procurement card statements Department process review if needed About You 2 Years or more of accounting experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrative experience working with a medium sized internal team Client facing experience a strong asset Excellent communication skills SAP and Excel (Pivot tables and vlookups) a must Pay Rate $18 – $20/hour How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
