The Account Manager is responsible for ultimately ensuring complete customer satisfaction by proactively managing customer accounts in their portfolio. Responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer accounts issues and/or complaints in a timely manner Proactively manage customer account requirements and increase sales by promoting new equipment and products Meet regularly with account customers to review their satisfaction, make changes to their accounts or arrange samplings Develop tools for sales, analysis and presentation Carry out regular meetings with front line reps (RSRS/ Account Managers) to resolve issues and find opportunities Carry out follow up calls on service calls Communicate to Route Sales Representatives any changes to customer service expectations Work with Business Development Representative when they hand over new accounts to clearly understand the customers expectations Qualifications Postsecondary education (preferably in Commerce) Minimum 3 years experience in a similar sales/customer satisfaction role Competencies Bilingualism in concerned provinces Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract Strong communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills Leadership skills Proactive and goal oriented individual who enjoys working with people both in person and over the phone and always displays a positive attitude Adaptable Strong customer service skills Computer skills (familiar with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) The Account Manager is an important part of the sales, service and delivery team and is responsible for ensuring that our customers expectations and needs are fully satisfied.
