Learn more atwww.aramark.caThe Regional Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Operations, Western Canada, Complete Purchasing Services (”CPS”) and core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provision of administrative support and coordination for the western CPS operationsActs as key point of contact for communication, support and operational functions for the westFinancial ReportingResponsible for financial reporting related to western Canada overhead & operational componentsManages accounts payable and receivables, payments, journal transfer, expense reports, and other financial records in Aramark’s accounting system to complete financial reportsPrepares all purchase summaries, cheque requisitions, charge-outs, etc. for CPS Western Canada.Handles all inquiries from FinanceGeneral AdministrationActs as point of contact for the western CPS Account Management and Sales teamPerforms all client start-up and cancellation proceduresAssigns & transmits new client ensures information to account managersAnswers queries from suppliers for confirmation of clients on the programPrepares, distributes, and records invoices as neededAssists clients with any telephone concerns and inquiriesMaintains entire set of Western Canada client filesCo-ordinates all regional meetings: books rooms, catering, travel, etc.Assists in annual budget preparation and strategic planning exercises.Manages and schedules, shipping and retrieval of booth and related display materials for all western association events. Books hotel rooms for attendees as required.Occasional overnight travelOther administrative duties as assigned by VPMust be able to demonstrate high written & oral proficiency in communicating in EnglishMust possess excellent customer service skills with supplier partners and clients in resolving issues Must be organized, and must possess effective time management andprioritization skills (e.g. able to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthlywork demands)Must be able to learn and effectively use multiple proprietary computer programs and applicationsMust be able to demonstrate above average computer skillsspecifically in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointPlease note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.
