Position Summary
The Project & Service Administrator will assist in the day to day operation. This includes assisting the Division Managers, Project Managers, as well as the Site Supervisors in a wide range of administrative activities. This position will report directly to the Division Manager and is located at 71 Loftus Street, Moncton New Brunswick.
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing telephone support; dispatching, investigating and resolving clients inquiries
Issuing purchase orders and work orders
Assist with cross reference, review and entering of weekly time sheets
Assisting with general accounting, invoicing, work orders, purchase orders, payables and receivables
Perform day to day administrative tasks
Prepare monthly contract (LS, T&M, unit price) billing in conjunction with Project Managers
New Customer / Supplier Set up
Update manhour productivity weekly
Change order management in JDE
Create time sheets and set up cost codes for new jobs
Review Received Not Vouchered (RNV) PO report monthly
Other related tasks as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
Job Skills

Completion of secondary education (administration diploma/certificate or equivalent)
2-3 years’ experience in the administrative field
Previous experience with JD Edwards or equivalent operating software system would be an asset
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Basic familiarity with the construction/service industry
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications
