To be eligible to apply for the Transit Operator position, all of the following minimum requirements must be met: Demonstrated strong customer service skills and experience dealing with public A grade 12 education or equivalent (proof is required) A, B, C, or D class driver’s license with Z endorsement (proof is required) (Note: updating to a C would become a mandatory employment requirement) Minimum of 2000 hours driving experience with an A, B, C, and/or D class license verified through work references. A clean drivers abstract with zero point accumulation (dated within 14 days of date of application) An ability to work shifts which may vary from day to day and week to week, as well as working split shifts.
