**_BRAND MANAGER – Dermatology, Launch Products_** **COMPANY OVERVIEW** Lilly is one of the largest pharma companies in the world and a major player in the diabetes field Lilly has remained dedicated to creating medicines that help improve peoples' quality of life for more than 140 years. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Dermatology Marketer you will play a leadership role in preparing for and launching Lilly’s future Dermatology assets. This includes being accountable for delivering our pre-launch plans, supporting all commercial activities and executing an exceptional launch.

You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to lead the development and implementation of dermatology launch brands strategy and tactics. You will also collaborate with the cross-functional team and key external partners to align the strategic and tactical direction to the overarching brand strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be leading the launch readiness process, developing a customer plan and developing/implementing marketing tactics and messages consistent with the overarching brand strategy. You will also be responsible for managing budgets related to your specific projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Key Objectives/Deliverables: + Be the subject matter expert on the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and Alopecia Areata (AA) commercial marketplaces, by understanding the Healthcare Professionals, patients, and reimbursement agencies. Inspire the cross-functional team with these insights + Uncover foundational Canadian insights to recommend programs that provide solutions to Healthcare professionals and people living with the diseases for whom our medicines treat + Lead the launch readiness process and the cross-functional team for AD & AA + Lead the tactical plan to achieve our brand objectives and evaluate the success of the plan + Manage relationships with various agency partners to deliver selected projects + Optimize collaboration and synergies across our immunology portfolio + Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the marketplace including thought leading specialists, and patient advocacy groups + Manage annual budgets to ensure that resources are prioritized to implement the most impactful tactics + Motivate Lilly Canada to better understand and empathize with the people living with Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and Alopecia Areata (AA) + Deliver an exceptional launch for two important assets within the Immunology & Lilly Canada portfolio.

**BASIC REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** + University degree + 4+ years of marketing experience required (pharmaceutical preferred but not limited to) + Teamwork and leadership – Proven Ability to partner with and engage others toward a common goal + Digital marketing understanding and experience + Experimentation and Risk Taking – Proven track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience + Project Management – Ability to manage detailed, complex projects + Business acumen skills – budget management, strategic tradeoffs, development, and monitoring of lead measures + Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills + Proficient computer skills (excel, word and PowerPoint) **ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES** + Bi-lingual is an asset + Launch experience is an asset + Immunology experience is an asset + Proven ability to perform even during periods of time where work capacity is stretched **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Head office role –This role is determined to be a flexible worker, where on-site presence in the Toronto office is expected to be 4-12 days per month, as determined by your manager and business needs.
