Bilingual Customer Service

(45%) – Customer Communication primarily via Telephone §  Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers (including walk-in business). §  Receive incoming calls, identify customer needs, take orders, stock, and transfer calls as necessary. §  Address any customer concerns, complaints, shipping errors promptly, and ensure follow up and resolution occur on all issues.    (20%) – Email Communication §  Follow up correspondence with customers, suppliers, team members regarding various issues i.e. inventory transfers between branches, stock orders, checking inventory in the US, quotes.   (35%) –  Data Entry and Administration §  Purchase from suppliers and enter purchase orders, inventory checks and transfers, price look ups, and other various requests on computer system.
